The Bellevarde Lodges are an imposing collection of six stone-and-timber chalets situated right on the Santons piste and just a few hundred metres from the Olympique cable car. The Lodges have proved extremely popular with guests and the national press. Described by the Evening Standard (2006) as 'comfortably chic, the best located new chalets in resort this season'.

Named after wines (plus a brandy!) Muscat, Merlot, Margaux, Cognac, Savoie, Chablis - each chalet is identical in layout and varies only in orientation and colour scheme. Genuine old timbers from a local dismantled farmhouse, Italian marble in the bathrooms and polished parquet flooring have been used throughout. The vaulted sitting rooms with exposed beams and floor to ceiling glass boast finest English made sofas and one of the most breathtaking views in the resort. There is a delightful fireplace, a huge sunny terrace and widescreen DVD television with cinema surround sound. New for the 2006/7 season were hot tubs on the chalet sun decks with magnificent views of the Bellevard Mountain. Hair dryers in every room and heated ski boots in the morning are some of the small but important touches.

Thanks to its piste-side position the Bellevarde Lodges are genuinely ski in/ski out.

The staff were outstanding. Absolutely excellent. One of the best chalets I have ever used. The staff, Sam and Ade, were a credit to their company and could not do enough for us. The holiday and the organisation was superb and I cannot fault it in any way. The chalet was pristine, the food a delight and the fellow guests were a pleasure. Ideal location, genuinely ski-in ski-out; beautifully furnished, amazing food/wine, excellent facilities and all the trimmings. Massage, beauty treatments and tea in bed - what more can one ask for?

The staff were extremely pleasant and always there to offer support if required. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, level of service and the hot tub at the chalet. I look forward to staying here again. As a beginner I could not believe how many slopes there were of varying degrees of difficulty. I hope to go back to val d'Isere and build up to some of the more crazy looking blacks.

Perfect location, Ski in ski out. Not too close to village noise but easy walk or bus We asked for a quiet chalet with no children and that was exactly what we got.Thank you!

The star rating for the ski hire shops is an indication of the level of service; quality and variety of stock, and the space and decor of the shop. It is also a reflection on the price. A five star rated shop will offer great service and equipment but also will charge the highest price. Ski hire shops with a two star rating have less variety and older, poorer quality of stock but are cheapest.

All prices and availability are subject to change by the tour operator. Therefore the price of your holiday can only be confirmed at the time of booking. The indicative prices shown on this website are per person for 7 nights (based on two people to a room) and are subject to the tour operator's terms and conditions. Supplements for room, flight, air security, in-flight meals, transfers, ticket on departure and other tour operator charges may apply. Please contact our team of experts for current prices. If you pay with credit card a 2% card charge will be added to your invoice. If using a debit card there is no charge.
