Newly built, smart, comfortable and tastefully furnished.
Floor area of 200 square metres. Apartment Soline is on the middle floor of Chalet Austria.
This apartment occupies the entire middle floor of the exclusive Chalet Austria property and is only a short walk from the Nasserein lift station. The property was completed in 2010 and has been built to the highest standards with extensive use of old woods and natural stones. The property has been beautifully furnished throughout to create one of St Anton's most outstanding properties.
The apartment is laid out over a single floor for contemporary lateral living and comfortably sleeps 11, in 5 en-suite bedrooms. A second living room can also be converted into a bedroom sleeping an additional 2 people. The property is accessed via the lift or stairs. A wonderful open plan living and dining area with roaring fire is located at the west end of the property. Its elevated position affords breathtaking views from the balconies and living area.
The well equipped open plan kitchen overlooks the dining area. The dining table comfortably seats 12. The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. A further 3 bedrooms can either be configured as twin or double rooms (Zip and lock beds). Two of these rooms have en-suite bathrooms while the 3rd room has a separate shower room. The 5th bedroom has a set of adult size bunks and a single bed, sleeping a total of 3 people. An extra guest toilet is located in the corridor. All the rooms have access to balconies.
The property also has a second living area with television and small kitchen area. The sofa bed can also be used to sleep a further 2 people (additional charge applies).
The apartment can be arranged in a number of configurations to create 2 separate apartments utilising the additional living / dining room (please apply for prices). The property is sold either or a catered or self catered basis. When catered the food is prepared in the main kitchen area in the lower floor of the property and then served by the hosts in the beautiful surrounds of your own apartment.
The property has a shared ski locker and boot heating room. In addition our guests have access to the shared Hammam and gym in the lower floor. A small laundry room with washer and tumble dryer is also located in the basement of the property.
The property has external parking for 2 vehicles.
